PSA: if you feel dehydrated but water is not appealing / tastes weird / is unsatisfying, try electrolytes
easiest tests are either adding salt to water or drinking gatorade
for potassium i like unflavored pedialyte; tastes better the more potassium you need (ime)

i'm also thinking I shd start increasing my caloric intake upon waking, like whether it's food or a protein shake or something, bc usually a morning cigarette suppresses appetite
