alright fam dinner tonight is lamb fried rice. lamb, rice, avocado oil, eggs, salt, gluten-free soy sauce, frozen mixed veggies so doesn’t get too worried, bone broth i added for kicks. this is the second meal i’ve cooked in maybe 1.5 years

yes pls. i want stuff that's minimal prep, easy to make in big batches and store for later, ideally stuff along the lines of meat + rice + veggies. some kind of really basic beginner's guide to spices?
