didn’t expect to do it anytime soon but I think I’m going to pensieve my thoughts and tweets about status into a Google doc and it’ll probably become a part of FAN v1.1 (which is going to be a much, much stronger book than v1.0, which was barely a book at all)

I really appreciate how e.g. does ~weekly streams of his work coding on the Zig compiler, not like polished presentations but really showing how the work happens, solving bugs, being confused, etc. It’s a very inviting practice, so good for open source development

kinda seems adjacent to stuff about ethnomethodology and how even highly systematic formal work when you look closely is totally improvised and fluid bricolage
