I don't think that is relevant to the sequence I posted "I’m working towards showing that S1/S2 isn’t a coherent category split. Neither is the Higher Mind and the Primitive Mind" totally kaj weaves a way more detailed theory together I promise

also, what I like about it is: - I can imagine implementing it in a RL scenario - it fits with my experience when I introspect - (most importantly) conditionally accepting it led me to be less defensive with my wife and more patient as a parent

"ok I'll try this ifs thing..." after a few attempts, had a psychedelic experience (sober) of unburdening an exile (I think that's the official lingo) and afterwards I was capable of admitting to a bunch of shortcomings that had previously been too painful to acknowledge
