Just read it, I love it. What a treat to get longform QC again. I treasure your raw-heart vulnerability, it creates and nourishes space for me to be more accepting of my anxieties and weaknesses myself. I relate to a lot of what you write.

And I always love to see descriptions of the great possibilities of noticing, how there's always so much going on, in the world, in another person, that one can point their attention towards.
