My team needs a break, but I am READY TO GO.
I want to capitalize on this excitement and momentum.
We could start by trying out regional things in a similar vein to what @ssica3003 did with jesscamp
I live in norcal, and could spin up a more intimate weekend retreat in the bay area pretty quickly.
Could open up slots for 20 vibecampers to each bring one person- referral system allows new people to come while still preserving the vibes.
If that's successful, could do these smaller gatherings pretty often in different cities around the country.
I would maybe try to apply for some kind of community building grant so that I wouldn't have to rely on ticket prices to survive & could just charge costs?
#vibecamp was amazing and I think annual or semi-annual events at that scale are going to be good to start connecting people- but that the real magic is going to happen with smaller local gatherings that allow for deeper connections to be made
