speaking of which here's a data visualization i would absolutely *love* to have: i want a twitter genealogy like an online map of who got who onto twitter / tpot, e.g. my "parent" was

Make a google form asking for your twitter name and the name (or names) of who got you into TPOT, and then post the dataset publicly and somebody will probably do it for you

oh that could work. i was thinking about trying to persuade someone to make a website that could handle the data collection too; doing it this way would be asking for less work but also it wouldn't be dynamically updatable

no, but it also wouldn't be something you have to edit; as in it's not like the info you have updates; if you wanted to make future versions you just *add on* more limbs
