sure, but 1) it's not very cognitive and 2) ime it's not very exhausting either on sunday night i was having a great conversation with despite running on maybe 3 hours of sleep for the last 5 nights and feeling cognitively exhausted. 100% vibes

"ime," okay, so in your experience it's not very exhausting. have you considered that perhaps there exists a large diversity of neurotypes (and levels of social experience/fluency) and your experience does not generalize to all or even most people?

yeah, that's what the "depending on autism level" qualifier is for, that one is actually very important. but the OP also claims a generalization to all people and i'm pointing out that that one isn't universal either
