You only spend about 5 minutes each week learning the one strategy, and the motivation and emotion behind it. All other time that week is spent 1. Practicing the strategy in a specific way. 2. Using identity change techniques to make that technique part of you.

The results so far with this format have been incredible, and I think that really simplifying and pairing down the techniques is a huge part of that. The other parts are giving more time for emotional processing, and further emphasizing identity change stuff.

I also just don't have the time to coach this in the way I want, so I'd love to create a coach training program for this that would allow other coaches to bring the tools I've developed to a wider audience.

If you'd be interested in beta testing the 3.0 course or the coaching course let me know in the replies, one of my worries is that if I launched this there just wouldn't be enough interest to make it worthwhile.
