i've been generally feeling great the last week except i felt like garbage for awhile on sunday and just now today. like so heavy and weak i couldn't lift anything at the gym the main commonality besides lack of sunlight is both times i ate a meal cooked using sunflower oil 😬

(not being facetious or joking here; feeling "heavy and weak" absolutely vibes with my experience of having a PUFA-heavy lipidome and also with 's stuff about torpor and seed oils)
