i remember when i was young we’d take mattresses up to the roof and sleep under the stars.
my entire family. aunts, uncles, parents. those were some of my favourite nights
maybe tonight ill get to sleep on the roof again for the first time in 20 yrs

ive decided to sleep on the roof tonight. set up some cushions and a sheet for cover. have my mosquito repellent incense burning.
the stars are beautiful. the temperature’s perfect and i feel deeply soothed
