hips / legs / pelvis finally feel relaxed enough that the torso is standing out as a place to stretch. anyone got good torso stretches to rec? i’m especially tense in the ribs, sides, and i think abs. also random intermittent tension in my back

1. Stand tall both arms up 2. L arm down, R arm up and over to the left, lean left. Hold for a few slow breaths. 3. Inhale back to start. 4. R arm down, L arm up and over to the right, lean right. Hold for a few slow breaths. 5. Inhale back to start Movements are all slow/focused
