would be amazing to have a larger sample, finer grain, and results filtered by age but i am too lazy so just this smol poll for now i guess

agh there's also a lot of different scales. like there's small scale "i know what kinds of food i like" and there's large scale "i know what i want to do with my life" and idk how distinct they are

Oh I no, I interpreted "know what I want" as "know whatever things I want to (about e.g. math, physics, welding)" and was surprised so many people were so confident!

I feel like I am getting better and better at knowing obvious options that I don’t want. Knowing what I want seems to have too many possibilities to be sure.
