how would i go about making my room smell a little nicer? go to the mall and test out scented candles? something less likely to start a fire?

alright we are starting with re-buying a coway. i bought one of these in 2016 off the wirecutter rec to deal with allergies, came in handy during wildfire season, runs incredibly quietly and you can taste / smell the difference in air quality

allow me to recommend electrostatic filters over ones with mesh/HEPA disposable filters. not only cheaper and no landfilling, but they get much smaller particles like smoke and, supposedly, viruses out. i use Trions but they're old and i think the company went industrial-only.

that's them, but it looks like their residential models are all HEPA disposable now. i did find this which is electrostatic, but it's probably overkill XD
