i have a pet theory that conversations with other people - including but not limited to therapy or coaching sessions - should happen in multiples of 90 minutes. 60 minutes is not enough time and i think it's a shame that we settled on 60 as the default chunk
Conversation
How do you feel about fib sequence (ish) timing brackets EG ...5m, 10m, 15m, 25m, 40m, 65m, 105m etc?
I also agree that most conversations are ideally either <15m or 25m or >65m.

idk not something i've played around much with. i don't like short time windows for much of anything, like pomodoros and stuff never worked well for me

I have learned their use with my family since we are fond of objective-oriented phone calls "Hey, how are you? XYZ?" "I'm well and you? Yes, XYZ" "also well, thanks! OK, cool. Love you, bye!"
Just remove the "I love you" (usually) and = business call when a meeting is too much.

For *personal* matters, though, or anything of substance beyond exchange of information markers (yes, no, when, who) is 90m+ for sure.
