Ooouu what a good one to unlearn This is pretty much everybody for some reason or other though (posture, self protective clenching, fearful/anxious, pollution, sucking tummy in all the time, mouth breathing) Smokers are usually quite good at deep breathing funnily enough

yeah i got the anxiety and the tummy stuff too, what a mess smokers practice long exhales, this came up on twitter a few times! i’ve started singing long sustained notes for fun and i think it’s been good
