tbc by “book club” i mean a call where we take turns reading the book live and sharing thoughts about it, iirc said she got a lot out of this format. could be a series of salons 👀

yeah I hate any book club with homework but hanging out & reading together sounds great
I might prefer reading more silently together than out loud

aw man i think reading out loud specifically could be really good, the words land more i think. although also people often aren’t good at it 😅
I'm open to a reading out loud version, although the book is 100k words and reading out loud is ~150 wpm so that's ~10 hours *not* counting any reflection time
probably more commitment than I'm up for at this point but if you wanna run it I may show up!

yeah i don't anticipate *finishing* lol but even one chapter could be fun. thinking about how to do this with a minimum of logistical setup necessary
