like the Focusing approach to things, you can heal trauma through acting the schema using imagery, metaphor, analogy, etc
Ideal Parent Figure being one specific instance of the technique

right yes but what's the connection to time travel where the past and present are entangled? if you wanna spell out holes as an example i think i'd find that helpful. brain working slow this morning, or month maybe 😅
