idk how to describe this but i think i can... feel the connection between my feet and my pelvis and the base of my spine now? like something about the way weight gets distributed all along that length has popped into awareness

no don’t do that, the good feels from that session did not come from aiming at good feels, the good feels emerged as a result of something else
don’t use your feelings as a guide to that something else, what you’re looking for will necessarily be unfamiliar
