idk how to describe this but i think i can... feel the connection between my feet and my pelvis and the base of my spine now? like something about the way weight gets distributed all along that length has popped into awareness

no don’t do that, the good feels from that session did not come from aiming at good feels, the good feels emerged as a result of something else
don’t use your feelings as a guide to that something else, what you’re looking for will necessarily be unfamiliar

hmm
so tbc what i've been doing is making slight adjustments to my posture (mostly in the pelvis) if i go for a walk and something starts to feel slightly sore / painful, while trying to maintain expanded awareness. so i have been aiming at "ease" if not pleasure exactly

alternating with going home and trying out semi-supine and other positions to see if anything wants to relax, alternating with car time if emotional material comes up. which seems to be doing good stuff so far

it’s just a really common trap for people to *try* to recreate the feeling, but okay it sounds like you’re not caught in this trap
