idk how to describe this but i think i can... feel the connection between my feet and my pelvis and the base of my spine now? like something about the way weight gets distributed all along that length has popped into awareness

can't believe i ever tried to learn how to dance without being able to feel my pelvis lol

humping the air seems to be helping, something slightly releases every time i do it

i'm still trying to get back to how good it felt to walk after my first in-person AT session, getting closer
