@qorprate told me recently that the proper term for this is "neurotic" which really makes a lot of sense and i gotta wonder why we mostly stopped using such a useful word

maybe i should have said “compulsively” instead of “constantly”; it wouldn’t be so bad if i knew how to relax it on purpose but i don’t :/

can you get it to consistently output "yes this is good, good job"? if it's in a consistent 👍 mode, then it can maybe take a break & you can check it several times to confirm it is still 👍 and eventually naturally lower the frequency bc things keep being 👍 so no stress abt it

hmm it’s pretty much always happy with my behavior now but it is still running the check. like searching for a specific explanation of everything. might just try talking to it and seeing if it talks back?
