It's honestly hard to imagine with mine, since all I've ever known is them being angrily and bitterly at odds.

My first memories of them together are divorced, or quarreling.
But then I look back and see photo albums from when I was younger, and they look like any other young family.

hmm sounds fake. every so often i remember they have some odd similarities though.
both of them seem to have a v limited capacity for/interest in romantic love but my dad seems to love(?) his wife, so that's nice at least
