agh walking is almost so comfortable. the current tension when i walk is in the outsides of my hip joints and it was relieved when i started walking with my thighs and legs further in

Broke big toe in 3 places in college (bicycle accident while wearing sandals) + modern medicine said to just "wear comfortable shoes." I also guarded movement slightly but after awhile didn't notice til years later when I realized I was guarding old injury, needed to let go.
