makes me feel like a model but i think i got into the habit of walking with my thighs spread out a little unnaturally far apart in grad school b/c i used to chafe 😅
so many little odds and ends like this in relearning how to walk like jeez

have you tried attending to pelvis position? and then noticing how that flows through to your legs/feet?
compared to "legs be closer together" a focus on the pelvis makes complications less likely (and is more natural than focusing on feet, I found, but n=1).

yeah i did some other small corrections to pelvis position earlier, this one is more like "turn thighs inward at the hip joints"
