4 days post-workshop: ya know, I left feeling torn “clearly this modality works, I hope I’ll ever feel the rhythms they’re talking abt, maybe I’m Just Not Psychic” today I head back to massage class and put my hand on a body & - the signal comes through in 4x technicolor HD!

also, skilled enough to guide people to finding body-memory in session & then sit back to say “like that, it feels like that. and you can do this on your own too - just look for something that feels like that” much easier with a signpost

wow jeez. currently i think i can access the raw energy of somatic stuff but it almost never links to a memory by itself, i have to sort of separately search for a memory and sometimes i get nothing. similarly sometimes i get no words. hmm
