hmmmm. the bacon and eggs i can and have done but they do something special with the potatoes idk how to replicate
generally speaking with all my home attempts everything ends up tasting too heavy, idk

my guess is they're boiled (slightly undercooked), cooled overnight, then fried in a skillet with butter & oil & seasonings
