i haven't played a shooter in awhile but borderlands 2 is fun if you haven't played it already. there is a little thinking about character customization and weapons but you can just go in there blastin' if you want

the pre-sequel was also fun (it's like 2.5) and i haven't played 3 but would like to eventually. if you go with 2 i think gaige with the ordered chaos skill tree is the shooting-est character. she lowers her own accuracy for damage, it's funny as shit
