OK but can I get helpful examples of this?? bc I have a feeling I do that but I'm not sure how to figure out what exactly those "rules" are for me

you can generate examples by explaining your problems to a normal person and then when they say "well can't you just do X" your gut reaction is "i definitely cannot do that"

yeah this was inspiration 😅
the day after I tweeted that I went to the music store and said “I would like one electric guitar please” and the guy very nicely helped me choose one
