this motherfucker did it and he didn't even let me anxiety-spiral he just picked up the broom and started sweeping and that gave me enough activation energy to jump in and now the house is at tolerable levels again 🥲❤

guys i appreciate it but i legitimately don't think this should be such a big deal! i kinda feel like this should be a normal friendly / neighborly thing to do, esp. for a bum like me with no dayjob 😅

it should be but it is not. even pre pandemic, this happened maybe twice for us. raising kids is hard in this culture and I'm all for celebrating changes that make things better
