i keep going back to it because it's so dense & confusing and yet it doesn't trip my BS detector (which i think is a pretty good BS detector) so i'm like, something has gotta give here

i take little bits of it at a time like i am a little birdie making my little nest. it doesn't particularly want or need to be read all at once. i've probably read less than 10% of it
i like just going to the table of contents and being like "hmm the title of this section sounds cool" and then just reading that. you can sort of treat a lot of it as a blog (i think a bunch of the sections are reworked blog posts anyway)
