I actually end up getting some progress actually done on those types of items even if I start with a bad faith attitude of not intending to do more than saying I looked at the issue again

i've started "why am i avoiding this" entries. multi step process: 1. realizing there is avoidance, 2. figuring out the hidden fear. 3. re-phrasing without bending around the issue
