I actually end up getting some progress actually done on those types of items even if I start with a bad faith attitude of not intending to do more than saying I looked at the issue again

i've started "why am i avoiding this" entries. multi step process: 1. realizing there is avoidance, 2. figuring out the hidden fear. 3. re-phrasing without bending around the issue

"Do the dishes" Does this even need done? What if this never got done, ever? Is switching to disposable fork/plates really that bad for the environment? Would I still be able to get a girlfriend if I did this? I feel good about this move, might get rid of dishwasher all together
