now i'm wondering if i also both speak and type too fast. like sometimes it feels like when i go super fast there's only one part of me able to go that fast and that part sort of leaves the rest of me behind. doesn't seem ideal :/

i think i read twitter too fast, and maybe everything else too. i read like i'm scanning for "information" as opposed to really letting myself feel the impact. when someone writes good shit on here i've started rereading it slowly, sometimes out loud

for typing it's maybe not a problem as long as i take longer pauses between thoughts. like i can wait for a thought to sort of fully condense and then type out the whole thing at once at max speed and that doesn't seem likely to cause problems

It's funny, I think I have the same problem, but it only has rl impact in relationships. I find that I "over write", meaning that I send a casual 1-2 min text, but it feels like an essay on the other end
