here is my tentative recommendation for magnesium glycinate so far: it appears to be making me more anxious but in a good way specifically i suspect the anxiety is buried psychological material that i haven't felt safe enough to work with coming up

i suspect this because i've been working with the material coming up every day for the last 5ish days and, wow, good things are happening. progress on stuff i've been avoiding looking directly at for years and *after* i work with it i am *much* calmer than typical

Replying to
Search Amazon for "grow light". They are super cheap now. I bought a few and pointed them at the ceiling, for a wonderful full-spectrum office experience. Don't know how much UV there is, but it sure beats normal bulbs.
