This is gonna sound dumb but can anyone explain to me what tantra actually is? Like is it a practice, a modality of meditation, a philosophy, a sexual thing or a life thing, a catch-all category for some combination.....?

these blog posts by have been inspirational for me (esp. "unclogging") but are a bit short on like specific practices
there might be more specific practice suggestions in spectrum of ecstasy but it's been awhile since i've read it

David is great, there is good theory here, but sometimes too good. He sometimes weaves an illusion of a tantra that exists apart from you, your context, the way you are already moving in the world
