hello twitter serious q: does anyone know anything about curing dog and cat allergies? i really want to play with dogs and cats more but my eyes get itchy as shit even if i take antihistamines. i heard there are allergy shots that work over years but uh... anything faster?

i didn't realize i had seasonal allergies until last year because i always just dissociated from the symptoms; you could try that 🙃

oh my joke was just "if u ignore the problem it's not there ha, ha," but now that you mention it, going the other direction could be a good idea yeah
like if it's just for hanging out with other people's pets ocassionaly, maybe not worst plan to just get itchy & be ok w it
