there are parts of my process or my practice or w/e you wanna call it that are actually pretty important but idk how to talk about them. one is a move that is like “allowing the body to do what it wants” and that’s where all the shaking and hyperventilating come from

Not quite what ur talking about but I think about dancing and how babies do it spontaneously but as people get older and more locked up they dance less. This morning I woke up w Boogie Oogie in my head + just now am hearing I Hope You Dance. Just had tea + cookies + am about to.
