i’ve had to deal with stuff like this a few times and it’s a core part of the whole process to me. it doesn’t work unless you can offer space to honor your resistance to all of your own tools. i had to abandon bio-emotive for months

ime it’s like i can start to use a tool “too forcefully,” not quite sensitive enough to what i am or am not actually up for, and eventually if i keep doing this my body just rebels by preventing me from using it

then i have to find a way to listen to that resistance without using any tools it doesn’t trust which is easier said than done 😅 i agree that another person could potentially dramatically speed up this sort of thing!
