haven't taken any more magnesium since this morning but i am still so weirdly weirdly calm. like i am so calm i'm a little stressed out about it. whole system is just like "what the actual fuck is going on"

So weird! I just took some the day before yesterday after reading some stuff on here and instantly went from the biggest rut and feeling like I was on autopilot and slightly dissociated to "I am the master of my fate" and everything being kinda vivid and clear.

My supplement also had various B vitamins and I do have some form of SAD probably but it matches with what some others have said about magnesium on here.
