LIKE whenever my shoes hurt me it's ALWAYS my right foot but i just went to a podiatrist and he just told me to buy more comfortable shoes. which isnt the POINT nor the PROBLEM

im not trying to fix anything, in this case i want to know what is different about my right foot that causes it to be so much more prone to pain

AT helps you to notice if you are forcing your body to move in a way that is not natural, but has become habituated.
Sometimes happens because of injury, carrying unbalanced loads, subconscious adaptation, etc
