I'm highly sensitive to reality distortion fields.
I underwent some prolonged experiences of mental invasion and intense psychological influence (as some of you now know, I guess-- weird), so, understandably, I became hyper-attuned to subtle undue impact on my thinking.

This means I notice when I feel weirdly good (or bad) around someone in an extreme way, suddenly seduced, manic, or super-powered, feel trapped in their frame, or hold extremely different beliefs about myself or them while I'm with them that I don't hold once I've had time away.

The specifics vary on the person, but it's usually accompanied by a distinct feeling of being off-center, unable to fully make decisions, or not totally online. It can feel like having my priorities, sense of identity, realness or importance suddenly shift dramatically.

Thought-provoking! This is a topic I'm interested in learning more about. I feel like IFS parts tend to get stuck in idealized masks. And their delta from reality produces shadows, leading to all sorts of problematic dynamics with other parts with or without masks of their own
