I'm starting to feel like Twitter is becoming a bad influence on my mental health. I'm not sure what to do about it cause I don't want to quit, but I might completely stop checking mentions for a month as an experiment. idfk how ppl with more followers than me handle it

you know you can set your mentions to be follows only right? huge impact for me, did it way back. if that still isn’t enough you can unfollow a bunch of people 😛 either way, good luck 🙏
