actually i kinda think the body happens to be a site where a lot of stuff needs to happen for a lot of people but there oughta be a time and a place for going back to the mind. cleaning up ideas, concepts, stories, beliefs, myths

i’m starting to view thought structures as “energy-holders”. feels like every thought carries a particular, repeatable energy pattern. but even that pattern is constantly being—
slightly (or significantly) modified by new experiences. just not necessarily in the ways we’d like them to hahah. until some form of awareness enters the picture it seems (and not even necessarily like, a pure or spacious awareness but even in the traditional talk-therapy way,
i feel like the energy of thought forms can be tapped into albeit with less clarity).
at that point is when things can start to shift, and how we know they’re shifting is that the feeling-tone aka energy that was attached to that particular thought form, has changed. right? 😋
