ok so i havent had a scale since i moved, just got a new one I'll have to weigh in tomorrow morning fasted but theoretically that can only give me a better result: the trendline down has apparently kept perfectly steady at around .7 pounds a week 👀

working for me. only meaningful change I've made to my diet was cutting out seed oils: eating whatever, no calorie counting, no eating windows, shit like ice cream and fried potatoes every day. it's not really a diet, more like living with a PUFA allergy losing ~0.6 lbs per week

damn that's wild. i'm sold enough to try it if it were easier but i'm a very bad cook and it's really hard to avoid PUFAs with restaurant or even prepackaged grocery store food. what are like the easiest meals you make ?

I eat a lot of pasta. sometimes I will have a baguette with tomato soup (one particular fancy brand that doesn't have pufa). mashed potatoes. I need to make more meat at home but my roommates are vegan. Pho is pretty good for eating out I think, or like a burger. also steak.

also like a gallon of milk every 3 days lol. I'm trying to think of new ideas... I don't like to buy fresh veggies cause they just go bad, but frozen broccoli is nice. idk

yeah it's pretty easy. the thing is that like I've grown to find the idea of oil to be disgusting, so when I find out something has canola oil in it I immediately don't want it anymore. no pining for things, never feeling hungry. very inconvenient otherwise but it's nbd lol
