i eventually went too hard with the fixation on crying and had to step back considerably, but at the time i ran into it it was exactly what i needed. at the intro workshop i cried so much my feet changed shape and my shoes didn't fit anymore

yeah i released a lot of tension in my feet or something, i still don't really know how it happened. apparently it can happen to pregnant women sometimes? 😅

oh huh, interesting. whatever it was my feet eventually went mostly back to normal after a few weeks
