i wrote down the protocol while playing with the first scene that made me cry, which i rewatched maybe 4 times (not the 4 times i referred to above, i mean there were 4 scenes that made me cry) while repeating the most heartbreaking lines 🥲

i think a lot of the times when people cry (at a movie or w/e else) they kinda blueballs themselves by not finishing and cutting themselves off early. it feels a lot better (frankly, more orgasmic) if you finish. the protocol is a collection of suggestions for helping you finish

i’m feeling pretty hype rn about collecting more examples of art to cry to and tips for crying to it, feels like a really accessible introduction to stuff like focusing and bio-emotive, where the words and images that bring out the emotional material are being provided by art
