i think a lot of the times when people cry (at a movie or w/e else) they kinda blueballs themselves by not finishing and cutting themselves off early. it feels a lot better (frankly, more orgasmic) if you finish. the protocol is a collection of suggestions for helping you finish

iirc is the one who told me that if your face is puffy from crying that means the energy is getting stuck in your face. when you finish crying, which fully drains the energy, your face should look more beautiful than when you started

i’m feeling pretty hype rn about collecting more examples of art to cry to and tips for crying to it, feels like a really accessible introduction to stuff like focusing and bio-emotive, where the words and images that bring out the emotional material are being provided by art
