i wrote down the protocol while playing with the first scene that made me cry, which i rewatched maybe 4 times (not the 4 times i referred to above, i mean there were 4 scenes that made me cry) while repeating the most heartbreaking lines 🥲

for best results watch at night when you’re feeling a little wistful or lonely or romantic or maudlin, possibly on substances of one sort or another

i think a lot of the times when people cry (at a movie or w/e else) they kinda blueballs themselves by not finishing and cutting themselves off early. it feels a lot better (frankly, more orgasmic) if you finish. the protocol is a collection of suggestions for helping you finish

is the one who told me that if your face is puffy from crying that means the energy is getting stuck in your face. when you finish crying, which fully drains the energy, your face should look more beautiful than when you started
