it does seem like left/right hemisphere is probably a reasonably predictive parts split, but i'm not sure if it's as useful/important of a split as, e.g., present & future selves

fwiw i've pretty much stopped thinking explicitly in these terms and just started cultivating stuff that seems good (which is probably mostly RH stuff but having that thought doesn't seem relevant to cultivating the things)
