for me personally i find that physical death is not really real to me as a possibility, i can't really conceive of it so it's not even a possible target for fear. whereas social exclusion is, yes, very scary, very real and alive for me 😬

i'm basically social dead & it's fine & possibly phoenix time (moved to new place where i know zero people, strong feeling it will be ok tho)
